1. How long is shipping?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery can take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the country. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
2. What sizes do you offer?
I offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate all body types. My size chart includes sizes from XS to 3X, and I strive to provide a comfortable fit for every customer. Please refer to my Size Guide for more details.
3. How do I know if an item will fit me?
To ensure the best fit, I recommend checking my Size Guide before making a purchase. If you're between sizes, I suggest going with the larger size for a more relaxed/comfy fit. If you have any specific fit concerns, don't hesitate to contact me, and I'd be happy to assist you!
4. What materials are your clothes made from?
I use high-quality fabrics in my clothing. Most of my pieces are made from 100% cotton and other eco-friendly materials. I believe in creating eye catching, long-lasting pieces.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I do offer international shipping! I ship to many countries worldwide. Please check the Shipping Information page for more details about international shipping rates and delivery times.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on my website or through the carrier’s site directly. If you haven’t received a tracking email, please check your spam folder, or feel free to contact me (I will personally send you a tracking number.)
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
I begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, I can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. However, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
8. What is your return policy?
I want you to love your new clothes! If you’re not completely satisfied, I accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. For more details, visit my Return & Exchange Policy page.
9. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please visit my Return & Exchange Portal. You’ll need your order number and the email address used to make the purchase. Once your return is processed, we’ll send you instructions on how to send it back.
10. How do I care for my clothes?
I want your clothes to last! Be sure to check the care label on each item for specific instructions. In general, I recommend washing my clothes in cold water and air drying them to preserve their quality.
